3. Third-Party Service Providers We do not sell your data. We use the following essential third-party service providers to operate our business and keep your data secure:

  • SumUp: To process payments.
  • Royal Mail: To deliver your parcels.
  • Google Analytics: To track website traffic statistics.
  • Lloyd Hosting: Our Web Server Host. They manage the secure servers where our website and data are physically stored, but they do not access nor use your personal data.

4. Cookies & The “Pop-up” Box

We use cookies to make the shopping basket work and to track anonymous visitor statistics.

  • CookieYes: We use a tool called “CookieYes” to manage your consent. This is the pop-up box you see when you first arrive. It remembers your preferences so the box doesn’t appear every time.

5. Contact Forms & Spam Protection (reCAPTCHA)

We use WPForms for our contact page.

To prevent our inbox from being flooded by spam bots, we use Google reCAPTCHA. This service checks if you are a real person.

6. Marketing & Newsletters

We do not use third-party mass mailing services (like Mailchimp).

  • If you are a member of the Collectors Group, or if you have opted in to updates, we may email you directly from our business email account regarding new items or your membership.
  • You can ask us to stop sending these emails at any time by replying “Unsubscribe”.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order Information: We are legally required by UK tax law (HMRC) to keep records of sales for 6 years. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
  • Enquiries: Emails sent to us are kept until your query is resolved, or as long as necessary if you are an active customer.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access: Ask us what data we hold about you.
  • Rectify: Ask us to correct wrong information (e.g., a new address).
