3. Third-Party Service Providers We do not sell your data. We use the following essential third-party service providers to operate our business and keep your data secure:
- SumUp: To process payments.
- Royal Mail: To deliver your parcels.
- Google Analytics: To track website traffic statistics.
- Lloyd Hosting: Our Web Server Host. They manage the secure servers where our website and data are physically stored, but they do not access nor use your personal data.

6. Marketing & Newsletters
We do not use third-party mass mailing services (like Mailchimp).
- If you are a member of the Collectors Group, or if you have opted in to updates, we may email you directly from our business email account regarding new items or your membership.
- You can ask us to stop sending these emails at any time by replying “Unsubscribe”.
7. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Order Information: We are legally required by UK tax law (HMRC) to keep records of sales for 6 years. After this period, data is deleted or anonymised.
- Enquiries: Emails sent to us are kept until your query is resolved, or as long as necessary if you are an active customer.
